360 Marketing Zone is seeking HR Manager to provide Human Resource services for the recruitment and employment of staff, as well as maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources through training and implementation of policies, programs and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing recruitment plans to draw in the best candidates. This includes advertising job vacancies, conducting interviews, and organizing the hiring process.
- Responsible for reviewing resumes and conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for various positions.
- Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates, both in-person and online.
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires, which includes orientation, training, and integration into the company culture.
- Developing programs to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall well-being within the organization.
- Managing the performance appraisal process and providing feedback to employees to support their growth and development.
- Handling employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and providing support to employees with work-related issues.
- Conducting exit interviews to gain insights into employee turnover and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Must have 1 to 2 years of experience as a HR/ Recruitment Manager
- Strong communication skills and An understanding of Call Center industry.
- Ability to collaborate with different departments to align hiring needs
- Must be very good in problem solving
