We are hiring Self-Verifier / Verifier for outbound calling campaigns. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and able to communicate clearly with customers while achieving daily performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads as per assigned campaign
- Present products or services clearly and professionally
- Meet daily and monthly call and performance targets
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information
- Follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
- Handle customer questions and objections effectively
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Confidence and a professional phone manner
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Previous outbound call center experience is a plus (fresh candidates may apply)
