We are hiring Self-Verifier / Verifier for outbound calling campaigns. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and able to communicate clearly with customers while achieving daily performance goals.
Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/leads as per assigned campaign
• Present products or services clearly and professionally
• Meet daily and monthly call and performance targets
• Maintain accurate call records and customer information
• Follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
• Handle customer questions and objections effectively

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Confidence and a professional phone manner
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Previous outbound call center experience is a plus (fresh candidates may apply)
